Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager with over 10 years of expertise in international sales, business development, and customer relationship management. This role involves generating new business opportunities, coordinating with international clients, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding global markets, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s market presence internationally.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients.
- Coordinate and communicate with international clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, product specifications, etc.
- Manage export documentation, including contracts, invoices, shipping documents, and customs paperwork.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to support the export sales process.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in export sales or international business development, with a proven track record of success in managing export accounts and expanding markets.
- Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, as the role requires frequent interaction with international clients and teams.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to close deals, build long-term relationships, and manage large-scale international projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
- Knowledge of International Trade: In-depth understanding of export procedures, international logistics, tariffs, and regulations.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
