Leather Plus ships across India to serviceable pincodes using trusted courier partners. Please enter a complete and accurate address during checkout because courier serviceability is based on the exact pincode, locality, and contact number.
- Pan-India delivery is available for serviceable pincodes.
- Some remote, restricted, or out-of-delivery-area locations may take longer or may not be serviceable.
- If an address is found unserviceable after order placement, the team may ask for an alternate address or help with cancellation/refund as applicable.
Order confirmation, verification & processing
After an order is placed, Leather Plus verifies order details, checks stock readiness, performs quality checks, packs the product securely, and hands it to the courier partner.
- Ready-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- COD orders may need phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email confirmation before dispatch.
- Business days exclude Sundays, public holidays, and courier non-working days.
- Sale periods, festive periods, bulk orders, or stock transfers may increase processing time.
Estimated delivery timelines
Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner. These are estimates and can vary by pincode and courier route.
- Metro and Tier 1 cities: usually 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- Other cities and towns: usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Remote, special-service, or out-of-delivery-area locations: usually 7–12 business days or longer.
- Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed because final delivery depends on courier movement and local conditions.
Shipping charges, prepaid orders & COD
Leather Plus keeps shipping simple and transparent. Standard prepaid shipping is free across serviceable Indian pincodes. Charges for COD, express delivery, special handling, bulk, or international orders are shown at checkout or quoted by support.
- Prepaid standard shipping: free for serviceable Indian pincodes.
- COD availability and COD fees depend on pincode, order value, courier rules, and internal verification.
- COD fees, express charges, special shipping charges, and international shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
- Prepaid orders are usually easier to verify and may be processed faster than COD orders.
Tracking your order
Once the order is dispatched, tracking information is shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or the customer account/order page. The tracking link may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the first courier scan.
- Use the Track Your Order page for the latest courier status.
- If tracking does not update for more than 48 business hours, contact support with your order number.
- For multi-shipment orders, you may receive more than one tracking link.
Address, pincode & phone-number changes
Address or phone-number changes can be attempted only before dispatch. Once the shipment is handed to the courier, address changes depend on courier feasibility and may not be possible.
- Contact support immediately with your order number and corrected details.
- Always include house number, building name, area, landmark, city, state, pincode, and active phone number.
- Leather Plus is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery information.
Failed delivery, refusal & return-to-origin
Courier partners may attempt delivery as per their operating process and may call to coordinate. Missed calls, wrong addresses, refused parcels, or unreachable phone numbers can cause the shipment to return to Leather Plus.
- RTO means return-to-origin, where the parcel comes back to the Leather Plus warehouse.
- Reshipping depends on product availability, verified address, payment status, and courier serviceability.
- For customer-caused RTO cases, Leather Plus may request prepaid payment or reshipping charges before sending again.
- Repeated COD refusal may affect future COD eligibility.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Leather Plus checks products before dispatch, but if a package arrives damaged, wrong, incomplete, or tampered with, the issue must be reported quickly so courier and warehouse checks can be raised on time.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number, registered phone number, product photos, outer packaging photos, shipping label, invoice, and unboxing video if available.
- Keep the product, packaging, tags, invoice, and courier label until the issue is resolved.
Multiple products in one order
Leather Plus tries to ship all products in one order together. However, some orders may be split depending on stock availability, product size, packaging requirements, customization, or courier rules.
- Each dispatched shipment will have its own tracking details.
- If only one item arrives, check whether another tracking link has been issued.
- Contact support with your order number if you need help identifying remaining shipment status.
Custom, personalized & bulk gifting orders
Made-to-size products, personalized items, corporate gifting, branded packaging, and bulk orders may need extra production and packing time before dispatch. Timelines should be confirmed before placing time-sensitive orders.
- Custom or plus-size items may not follow the ready-stock dispatch timeline.
- Bulk orders may be delivered in batches or shipped to multiple addresses if confirmed by support.
- Corporate branding, gift packaging, and quantity-based timelines are shared case by case.
International shipping
International shipping may be available on request for eligible products and destinations. Share product links, quantity, destination country, complete address, and preferred timeline with support for a quote.
- International freight charges are quoted separately.
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, and destination-country fees are usually payable by the customer.

Returns, exchanges & reverse pickup
Shipping rules work together with the Return & Refund Policy. Reverse pickup availability depends on courier pickup serviceability and product eligibility.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship as instructed by support.
