Address, pincode & phone-number changes

Address or phone-number changes can be attempted only before dispatch. Once the shipment is handed to the courier, address changes depend on courier feasibility and may not be possible.

Failed delivery, refusal & return-to-origin

Courier partners may attempt delivery as per their operating process and may call to coordinate. Missed calls, wrong addresses, refused parcels, or unreachable phone numbers can cause the shipment to return to Leather Plus.

  • RTO means return-to-origin, where the parcel comes back to the Leather Plus warehouse.
  • Reshipping depends on product availability, verified address, payment status, and courier serviceability.
  • For customer-caused RTO cases, Leather Plus may request prepaid payment or reshipping charges before sending again.
  • Repeated COD refusal may affect future COD eligibility.

Leather Plus checks products before dispatch, but if a package arrives damaged, wrong, incomplete, or tampered with, the issue must be reported quickly so courier and warehouse checks can be raised on time.

Failed delivery & RTO

What happens if I miss the delivery attempt?
Courier partners usually attempt delivery as per their process and may call you for coordination. Please respond to courier calls and messages promptly to avoid return-to-origin.
What is RTO?
RTO means return-to-origin. It happens when a parcel returns to the Leather Plus warehouse because delivery could not be completed due to reasons such as incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal, failed attempts, or pincode restrictions.
Can an RTO order be reshipped?
Reshipping depends on product availability, address verification, and payment status. For COD or customer-caused RTO cases, Leather Plus may request prepaid payment or a reshipping charge before sending again.
What happens if I refuse a COD delivery?
